About Robert D. Muller, Ed.D.
Rob Muller has held executive-level positions in higher education and non-profit research and evaluation organizations and consulted on a broad range of topics over his 30-year career. Formerly Dean of National Louis University’s National College of Education, he is currently distinguished professor of practice at NLU, teaching in the higher education and PK-12 educational leadership programs. Rob is also co-chair of the Jane Goodall Institute Global board of trustees.
Rob’s professional network includes experts in the full range of challenges and opportunities facing non-profit organizations and federal, state, and local governments. Practical Strategy Consulting understands a broad range of education, environmental and social policy issues and programs and has extensive experience achieving measurable results in a diverse array of organizational structures and dynamics.

Practical Strategy Consulting History
Rob Muller founded Practical Strategy Consulting LLC in 2003 to provide strategic and management consulting services to federal, state and local government and non-profit clients, with a focus on K12 and higher education. Other focus areas include environmental protection, civic engagement, and health advocacy.
